Mocha Protein Oatmeal
Coffee, chocolate, and oatmeal. I love ‘em all, but together? Sounded weird to me. Buuuut I like to try weird things, so I went for it.
‘Twas a very good idea.
Warm, chocolatey oats, with just the right amount of that tantalazing aroma and taste of coffee. The perfect Friday morning breakfast…. Or any morning breakfast.
Mocha Protein Oatmea;
Vegan, gluten free. Serves 1
- 1/2 c. oats (gf if needed)
- 1/2 c. strong coffee
- 1/2 c. nondairy milk (or add more coffee if you prefer)
- 1/2 – 1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)
- sweetener to taste
